Going Deeper Program

Online + In-Person

25 hour training immersion for yoga practitioners, current teachers, and teachers-in-training to explore
yoga beyond asana. The next session starts in September 2025.

Going Deeper is a 25-hour program created for anyone who wants to expand their knowledge and deepen their practice through an immersive study of yoga philosophy and history. Learn the foundational framework for how yoga views the whole Self, and tools that contextualize ancient techniques for contemporary living.

This is a track designed for current teachers and/or students of yoga who are not pursuing yoga teacher training certification, yet want to continue to study the ancient roots, philosophy and psychology of yoga from a trauma-informed lens. Lectures take place alongside the Yoga Teacher Training cohort from September 2025 to February 2025. If you do not live in the Chicago area and are unable to travel to the studio for weekend lectures, this program is being offered in a hybrid format so that you can join on Zoom.
