Bridget Hahn
Yoga teacher
Bridget is a 2022 alumna of Room to Breathe's 250 hour Psychologically Sensitive Teacher Training. She is an occupational therapist alongside a certified yoga teacher and is passionate about holistic and preventive healthcare. Her interest in yoga began at a young age when she would do yoga with her mom, who did chair yoga with someone on PBS after her first stroke at 29 years old. Her own practice began after college when she progressively deepened her relationship with and understanding of yoga. After her mom's passing in 2018, she was called to know more and pursue teacher training to learn more and share this transformative practice with others.
Bridget also loves to run, having completed the Boston Marathon and Ironman Triathlon. She takes frequent visits to see family, including trips to WI, where she grew up, and Panama and Reno, where her dad and sister now live. She is an active Rover dog sitter until her partner will cave on getting their own dog!
Bridget enjoys designing yoga classes with synchronous physical and energetic themes and hopes to see you in class soon. She loves connecting with others interested in yoga and holistic health, so please reach out, bhahn85@yahoo.com.
