Yoga Teacher
Hope believes that yoga should be a practice that meets us just as we are. She strives to guide students with an emphasis on choice, curiosity, and connection, allowing yoga to be un-intimidating and yet still deep and nuanced. She works to create space that both uplifts the innate yoga of working to change the world and provides moments of refuge, affirmation, and nourishment.
Hope received her 200 hour certification in psychologically sensitive yoga from Room to Breathe. She has also studied with Sam Bianchini and Yoli Maya Yeh. She knows that she will always be a student of yoga and life, and is thrilled that there will always be more to learn. Other things she loves are acting, learning about plants and herbs, neighborhood mutual aid, making care packages, and getting postcards in the mail.
