Molly is a certified yoga teacher who received her 200-hour training at Room to Breathe. She strives to teach in a manner that is trauma-informed and psychologically sensitive while inspiring curiosity, courage, and self-compassion in her students. Having experienced the value of a consistent practice, she is eager to share the discipline with everyone willing to give it a try.

Molly discovered the physical benefits of Yoga more than a decade ago. The practice of combining breath work and a sequence of physical postures provided her with strength, flexibility, and an increased sense of calm and wellbeing.  As a person with plenty of energy, she has always been drawn to Vinyasa Flows and thoroughly enjoys classes that work up a sweat. 

She began unlearning the message that “Yoga is a strenuous exercise program for bendy people” in 2017 when she accidentally wandered into a Yoga Nidra class (at Room to Breathe). She was hooked and immediately began to dig into more subtle practices. As her understanding of Yoga continues to deepen and expand, so does her desire to share with and learn from fellow practitioners.
