Collaborative Care {ONLINE}

This series provides a unique opportunity to merge psychologically sensitive yoga with clinical support and conversation.

Be prepared to practice mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation while being provided with a resource which will provide the baseline and theme of the class.

Expect a 60 minute practice which involves a slow gentle flow, combined with restorative postures and guided relaxation. A 30 minute conversation post practice is optional, and will be prompted by the monthly theme and resource given. This conversation will be guided by a Center therapist, and will be a chance to surround yourself with a sense of comfort and community in a safe space.

From current events to personal exploration, you will be provided with a short resource like an article or podcast. It is optional to come prepared with reflection in regards to the topic of the month, or just show up. Maybe the theme of the month resonates deeply with you and you feel the need to work through this topic through movement, thought, and/or words. Maybe you have no connection to the theme and are looking for a unique experience. Maybe you are just looking for a gentle yoga practice. Everyone is welcome to make this experience their own.
