Kristina Fyrwald, LSW

(She/Her/Hers)

I specialize in working with clients in their 20s to mid-30s who are navigating chronic pain, life transitions, career pressures, and relationship challenges. Many of my clients find themselves over-functioning in their personal and professional lives, striving for perfection while feeling chronically stuck, anxious or disconnected from their authentic selves. Together, we process the origin of these patterns and focus on coping skills to find more ease, presence and empowerment in all areas of life.

I utilize Pain Reprocessing Therapy with my clients experiencing chronic symptoms, where we explore the mind-body connection (psychosomatic) aspects of pain, working to break the pain-fear cycle and empowering them to reconnect with their body in a healthier, less anxious way.

I also blend Somatic Experiencing and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help my clients foster an internal sense of safety and well being. This work can help heal unresolved trauma and attachment wounds, improve emotional resilience and support healthy relationships.

I’m an LGBTQ-safe clinician, with a focus on fostering authentic self-expression. I integrate the same nervous system work and somatic techniques to create a safe, supportive environment where clients can explore and embrace their authentic identity and needs.

My goal is to help you move from feeling stuck to feeling empowered—experiencing greater ease and presence to step into your healthiest, happiest, most connected life.
