A full moon is more than just a beautiful celestial event; it's the perfect time to reflect, release, and rest. The full moon represents the natural cycles in life, invites us to foster gratitude, and welcomes space for reflection.

This special guided meditation, or yoga nidra practice, will gently guide you into a new season. Use the Hunter's Moon this October to connect with your higher wisdom by restoring and letting go to make way for fresh, new energy.

This class will offer brief, gentle movement and then shifts into still meditation. No previous yoga experience is necessary to join.
