Join Hatie for a workshop on calming the nervous system. We'll practice breathwork, self-massage, meditation, journaling, and restorative yoga as we come into our bodies and slow our breathing. This is a collaborative workshop, so feel free to come with questions and share your calming practices with the RTB community!
If you have pillows/bolsters, blankets, or any other props you would like to use to support your practice, please have them accessible in your space! Wear comfy clothes, dim the lights, grab a journal, and plan to continue resting after we meet, if possible!
