This workshop will focus on the movement of the Autumnal Equinox and the turning of the seasons, Summer to Fall, using metaphors of gathering and harvest to help attendees identify the abundance within. After a fruitful growing season, the harvest is gathered, sorted, and stored to sustain one through the long winter. There is celebration in this time of gathering, that signifies a time for rest and reflection on the hard efforts that go into the planning and planting process. This workshop is designed to embody the celebration of the harvest and to begin to build awareness of the seeds that you have both reaped and sown.
What have you been working towards? How do you sustain your inner resource?
