Join us for a gentle, trauma-informed Yoga + Journaling workshop centered around the theme: Feel Your Feelings. In a world that often asks us to stay strong and keep moving, this space invites you to slow down, soften, and reconnect with what’s really going on inside. Through grounding movement, breathwork, and guided self-inquiry, we’ll explore what it means to truly feel—without judgment, pressure to fix, or the need to be anywhere other than where you are. No yoga experience necessary—just a willingness to show up as you are.

This 75-minute session will blend accessible, choice-based yoga with reflective journaling prompts designed to gently surface and hold your emotions with compassion. Whether you're navigating grief, joy, numbness, anxiety, or anything in between, this is a space to practice honoring your inner landscape with kindness. Expect a supportive, shame-free environment where you can listen inward, feel freely, and leave with tools for emotional presence that you can carry off the mat and into your life.
