Yoga for Anxiety {ONLINE}

Some degree of anxiety is a natural, valuable part of our body’s ability to protect us from danger. However, in our current world of constant demands, perfectionism, and abstract danger, it is easy for anxiety to take hold of our lives. In this special workshop led by Whitney Pasch, yoga therapist, and Hannah Lee, therapist and yoga teacher, we will move through physical postures and breathing techniques to soothe our nervous systems and find relief from anxiety. We will then lead participants through a reflective journaling exercise to experiment with a new relationship with our anxiety, explore befriending this part of ourselves, and connect with our calm, confident core selves.

All levels welcome; this virtual class will be recorded with access to registrants for 8 days after the event.
