Spring is just around the corner - let’s embrace the seasonal transition together! We’ll practice slow, gentle (often) nature-related poses and journal about coming back to ourselves through nature. Bring a journal and writing/drawing utensils, comfy clothes, and any props you love. Expect a longer savasana with a stationary journey meditation into the lovely forest around Hatie's yurt home.
