Yoga for Depression {ONLINE}

  • Room to Breathe Psychotherapy & Yoga (map)

Depression is isolating, painful, and very common. It can impact our lives in subtle and overt ways alike. We invite you to join us for a gentle, affirming yoga and reflection practice led by Kath and Hannah, two yoga teachers and therapists.

This virtual event will combine movement with moments for reflection and journaling around the themes of: hypoarousal, or the experience of fatigue and depletion; hyperarousal, or overstimulation from life or the holiday season; isolation; and balance.

We encourage you to come as you are, take what’s useful, leave the rest, and enjoy connection with a community of those that live with depression. No formal diagnosis needed! Recording will be available for those unable to join in real time.

Cost: Tiered pricing, $40-60
