Yoga + Journaling: Winter Solstice {ONLINE}

The Winter Solstice, the longest night of the year and a celebration of the “birth of the sun”, draws us into a period of reflection and pause. As we circle towards the solstice, this practice will invite us to draw inward and notice our own cycles through gentle, intuitive movement, conscious breath, and journal prompts for self-reflection.

Please have a bit of wall space available for this practice, props that help you feel supported, and any journaling tools that you enjoy working with. Candles to represent the return of light might feel like another welcome addition!
